recover - Recover block used

The recover block will be generated only, when the function body ( BEGINSEQ section) contains at least one ERRor statement ( P_ERR ) or when the implementation has been marked as try and catch ( try_catch ). The switch is set automatically, when one of the above strings has been detected in the code.
