all_instances - Complete aggregation hierarchy (views)
Since the key values for aggregation levels result from incoming data, the aggregation hierarchy may not contain aggregation instances for all values defined in an enumeration for an enumerated dimension attribute (when aggregating male and female persons, no male instance will be created when the source contains female records, only. In order to create aggregation instances for all enumerated or classification values, the aggregation has to be marked as to be completed .
Inserted aggregation instances without source instances are created with empty values depending on the aggregation value type ( 0 , "" or false ) or with initialize valued defined in the aggregation data type.
When the option is not set (default), empty instances are not created in the hierarchy or are removed when updating the aggregation hierarchy.
