ADK_Window - Window resource

In order to display dialogs or application windows, a window resource has do be provided. Window resources are used for defining the layout and behavior of a control frame. Window resources do not define the content displayed in the form, but only the "container" that carries the content. The content is defined as control resource ( ADK_FieldControl ) assigned to the window resource.
