Icon :: isValid - Icon validity
The property is true , when the icon is valid and false otherwise. An icon definition is considered as valid, when at least the normal pixmap is not empty.
Notes:
The function does not check, whether the path is correct or not.
Return value: State of function return ( bool )
A State true indicates, that the function was executed successfully. Otherwise state is false .
