Goto - Go to line or paragraph (Ctrl+G)

The action requests a line number to go to. When line-wrap is enabled or when text is displayed in a rich text control, the function selects the the paragraph with the number passed. In order to use relative line numbers, the action has to be overloaded for corresponding controls ( ControlContext class).
