local - Locally used structure

This option marks a structure as locally used structure. The option is set to true , as soon as a structure is used locally, i.e. as type for an attribute or clustered table. It will be reset, when a schema check is performed and it is no longer used as local structure. As long as the option is set to true , the data type must not contain relationships or shared base types.
