ADKS_Splitter - Splitter window

A splitter window is a complex control, which arranges subordinated controls vertically or horizontally separated by by s splitter bar, which might be moved at run-time in order to change size for different splitter elements.
In order to store splitter settings for next session, the option GUIFramework.Setting.Splitter has to be set to YES .
