DataSourceHandle :: SetResourceDB - Set resource database

The function closes the resource database handle when being opened. It sets the database path passed to the function as path for the new resource database handle and copies the resource database handle to the data source. The function does not check the consistency between the resource database handle and the database path passed to the function.
