DatabaseHandle :: DisableWorkspace - Disabling workspace feature

Disabling the workspace feature requires that all workspaces have been discarded or consolidated. If this is not the case active workspaces must be consolidated before.

When disabling the workspace feature successfully the shadow database is removed as well.
