Property :: unregisterHandle - Unregister property handle

The property handle, or better its cursor, is unregistered for being notified when an event happens on the allocated resources (index or instance). Property handle cursors are unregistered automatically, when the last referring property handle is going to be closed.

When the property handle is not valid, the function throws an exception.
