ADK_Button - Button control

The button context is a style element (ADK_StyleElement), which defines the way a button will be displayed in an application. Buttons are, usually, associated with an event action control (button_control), When the action item refers to a simple event action control (no sub actions), the button becomes a simple click button. When the event action control is a complex action (with sub actions), the button becomes a menu button.
