BuiltinActions :: HistoryNext - Select next entry in history (Alt-right)

When working on a list, an item selected in the list is stored to history, when the list looses focus (which is usually the case, when one is working on the selected entry). In order to locate the last entry recently processed, this action can be called.

The action is part of the default context menu for lists and trees (...nav).
