AppendEntry - Append (new) entry (Shift+Ctrl+A)

The action creates a new entry at the end of the list or tree region. The action is disabled, when the data source for the control is unordered.

The action also allows associating an instance to a collection, when the instance does already exist in the base collection for the data source of the control.
