InsertEntry - Insert (new) entry before current position (Shift+Ctrl+I)

The action creates a new entry in a list or tree. When the list or tree is ordered, the entry is inserted at key position. The action might also be called in order to create new entries in a drop list.

The action also allows associating an instance to a collection, when the instance does already exist in the base collection for the data source of the control.
