MoveDown - Move instance upwards (Shift+Down)

The move down action will be activated for controls displaying unordered collections or ordered by auto-number (__AUTOIDENT). In case of auto-numbering, the number key for the instance changes in a way, the the new number fits into the requested sequence. This may also mean renumbering the next succeeding instance. When the data source is not a reference or relationship or when the collection is ordered by key, the action is inactive (hidden) and cannot be called.

When no instance is currently selected in the data source or when the collection is read-only, the action will be disabled.
