UpdateEntries - Update collection instances

The update entries action will be activated for list, tree and table controls. When the data source is not a reference or relationship, the action is inactive (hidden) and cannot be called.

When the collection is read-only, the action will be disabled.

When calling the action, a dialog pops up prompting for an OSI expression to be executed. The expression is executed for the currently selected region, only. When confirming the request, instances are updated.without any further warning or message.

When a selection has been set for the list, items fulfilling the selection criteria (visible items) are updated, only.
