TextTableInsert - Insert table at current cursor position (Ctrl+T,I)

The action creates a new table at current cursor position. When cursor is positioned within a table cell, a table will be created within a table. In order to create a table, a table layout dialog pops up:

After selecting proper table options the table will be inserted after pressing OK. More details about table options are described in TextTableEdit action.
