Button actions

Usually, buttons are associated with a single action by assigning an action control (ADK_EventActionControl) to a button (ADK_Button) in the buttons list of a field control (ADK_FieldControl). When assigning a multiple action (hierarchical action control) to a button, the button automatically a menu button.
