Application :: readOptionsFile - Read options from configuration file

The function reads the options from the application configuration file ( initializeOptions() ). The function may be called in order to get access to options that have been changed in the ini- or configuration file.

Option values currently set are not updated automatically, except, the option value is empty. Empty option values are searched in the ini-file. In order to refresh an option that is currently set, one may remove the option ( Option::erase() ) or set the option to an empty string.
