Property :: resetTransientReference - Reset transient property handle

The function releases the property handle for a transient reference. The cursor currently associated with the property handle will be released for the original transient reference, but also for all property handle and cursor copies created from the transient reference.

After resetting the property handle for a transient reference the property handle is still valid but not accessible.

When the property handle is invalid, the function throws an exception.
