Update pattern classes
The pattern classes provided by ODABA may not meet special requirements for project design rules. Patterns have been copied from the ode.dev system development database and might be changed without being overwritten with the next ODABA release.
Before really starting to design a project, it is suggested to prepare the pattern classes or add new pattern classes in order to define common design rules for the project and simplify the work.
Patterns are not templates! Thus, applying a pattern to a design class creates copies of all elements defined in the pattern (except related context classes. Hence, changing patterns later will not affect project resources already designed, e.g. adding an additional button for dialog windows has to be done manually in all dialog windows defined so far (supposed, standardized design is a goal of the development).
