Control style definition

Style definitions are associated with controls in order to define the way of presenting data in the control area. Style definitions may be provided for different style types. In order to edit different style types, one may select Objects/Styles/style name where style name defines the the name of the style type to be edited.

Styles are grouped by characteristics mainly defined by the data source:

• Edit styles - Edit controls are typically used for representing elementary values (text, numbers, Boolean,date, time)
• List styles - List controls are used for displaying collections
• Frame styles - Frame styles are used for displaying complex data type instances
