Edit control styles

The Edit control styles provides several styles for edit controls. Depending on required functionality, one may define

• Single-line edit controls
• Multi-line edit controls
• Rich text controls

The type of the created control depends on the settings in the edit style, which has been assigned as control style. Since changing style properties (e.g. removing the RTF property) will affect all controls referring to the style, it is better to assign another style to the control, when the selected edit style does not meet the requirements.
