event_actions - Event action controls

Event action controls are copied including text definitions and event actions referenced for complex event action controls (menus, tool bars). More over, field definitions are copied.

When implicit is true, event action controls referenced in event actions are copied according to copy rules for event action controls. Referenced images and fonts are copied according to copy rules for images and fonts. Controls referenced in field definitions are copied according to copy rules for controls.

When the action defined is a window action (ACT_Window), in case of implicit is true, this window action will be copied according to copy rules for window actions.

Resource references are not copied.
